My Elderly Parents bought this 8 months ago and Loved their morning coffees but after having some problems with it , I returned it to Waurn Ponds Harvey Norman and it looks like they have not been Cleaning it properly. PAULINE from Harvey Norman completely cleaned it and tested it with Coffee Pods and Milk and now is working Perfectly. Her Help and Patience and Customer Service were Absolutely Amazing. Thankyou So Very Much Pauline. I can now show Nana & Pa how to care for this Amazing Coffee Machine and they can Enjoy their morning coffee ☕️ once again.

Very easy to use and makes great coffee. I like the one touch to make the coffee and milk at the same time. It’s nice an compact and fits on the bench with ease. The removable, button cleaning milk container makes this really worthwhile. It’s light enough to move around (everyone at the office keeps asking me to take it in).

The only down side is the temperature of the coffee. I need to put it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to heat it up.

Good machine. Coffee taste great. I bought the machine to cut down on take away cappuccinos and am not disappointed. It works with original Nespresso capsules which you can buy easily in many supermarkets. It has the frother to make foam and heats up milk. You can use the options to make latte or cappuccino etc or play around by making espresso or lungo and top up with foam or milk for individual liking.
