Coffee Junction is a new addition to Galway’s roster of hip coffee joints. After one month of preparation, the café on Loughrea’s Barrack Street finally opened its doors in 2021. The café features both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as “coffee hatch” service in the form of a repurposed scooter.
