Address: 43 Ashe St, Scartagh, Clonakilty, Co. Cork, P85 KR50
Musicians John and Tom decided in 2017 that on top of their night job as the saviours of rock and roll that they should start their own coffee business. They began roasting in a 19th century stone shed in a valley (hence the name) and never looked back.
They feature some of the best coffee around, freshly roasted in Clonakilty in the heart of West Cork. Always speciality grade and always roasted to perfection. Tom is the roaster and John is the guy that pretends he can identify all the tasting notes
Come swing by the coffee shop if you want to say hi and talk all things music and coffee…..except decaf.

Stumbled across this Gem of a coffee shop in Clonakilty of late, the staff is really passionate and informative about their coffee, hands down the best flat white in Cork ( big statement I know ). – R Clarke
Superb Indeed! An incredible roast served up to perfection. It just brings happiness to a dreary day. Barista was friendly and highly skilled. Fun music. Just wished they had space for indoor seating. – John B
Real good quality coffee shop. I love this place. We even drove down from Cork to enjoy this coffee and a stroll around our beloved Clon. – Phil W
If you’re into your coffee, I’d highly recommend. Out of all the companies in Ireland that roast their own beans, stone valley is up there with the best. – Eoin S
