First, using sample batch roasts, we develop what we call roast profiles on our made to order Geisen coffee roaster. Our method of roasting small batches allow the complex delicate and unique flavours to translate fully into your cup. In our Cafe, we offer our own home baked goods and treats from locally sourced produce.
