Sasta by the river is a family friendly, casual dining neighbourhood eatery based in Maynooth. our mission is to provide the most unique and relaxing dining experience in the area.
Our café, The Pantry At Sasta, serves coffee, cakes, pastries, gourmet sandwiches, salads 7 day a week. Our extensive drinks menu features some really cool cold presses, superfood latte’s, juices are all done from scratch in house.
We use only simple raw ingredients and combine them to make an impressive amount of drinks for our customers to enjoy. Even our Chai mix is made from our own special recipe. This one is handmade only by Alina and even our Barista’s don’t know what the recipe is…

Without doubt my favourite place to have coffee in Maynooth. Coffee is excellent, but made to perfection every time! The staff always go out of their way to make my coffee exactly as I like it. It’s always served with a smile, a chat and a welcome that makes a customer feel very special. The food and pastries are delicious too but it’s the friendly staff, and perfect coffees that make me return each time. Great hospitality, great coffee…served with a whole lot of heart! 🙂 – Anita M
