Shoda Café is Irelands newest lifestyle café, based around a fresh and healthy concept. Two previous graduates of Shannon College of Hotel Management have come together using their experience gained from working around the world through hospitality to establish Shoda Market Café.
Our ethos is very simple, serve great wholesome food with a unique twist married with passionate and personal service. We believe in producing great food that can be enjoyed by all diets, preferences and tastes.
We are focusing on providing excellent artisan coffee. Our Shoda house blend is uniquely roasted and blended exclusively! It is also available to buy from Shoda Market Café for house use. We also have guest coffees available in-house. Ask one of our talented baristas when you’re in next!
At Shoda Café we have a true passion for using the finest local ingredients in all our bakes, cakes, brunches and lunches. You won’t be disappointed. At Shoda Café we work hard to ensure we provide a healthy range of great tasting food on our menu, along with that we have sourced a great range of healthy snacks with reduced sugar and salt, available gluten and dairy free.

We dropped in on the way to Dublin with our 3 small boys. Gorgeous spacious café. The selection of food was fabulous. Everything seemed to be supersized. Huge sausage rolls, quiche and even the skewers. Very tasty. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Might go back on our way back West.

Just had a coffee in this cafe. Have to say, I found it delightful. The surroundings were warm and inviting while also being modern in design. The cafe was very busy, but I wasn’t waiting long to get my coffee which was, to my taste, excellent. Very happy to recommend and I’ll certainly be back. – David O
Reminded me of the deli-cafe in Series 2 of ‘You’. This place is California-trendy: Uber healthy, beautifully clean and well-lit and its pioneering spirit evident with the robot that came to serve the customers behind us. Maynooth is a beautiful town, so I love to visited and stop for a coffee here. Looking great inside and have few tables outside also. Staff is nice.
