Anyone visiting the region must stop at Fraynes Bakery in Mullingar! It is simple to see why this family-run restaurant has been in business for almost 50 years. Many people come and go to pick up pre-ordered meals and sweets, and the staff is kind and welcoming. The pastries, breakfast, tea, and coffee are all top-notch, and every day, fresh bakery goods are created.
The variety of cakes and buns is very excellent, and they will even decorate the cake with whatever image you like. The jam and cream buns and coffee slices are delectable, and the Half Irish and tea are perfect after a long flight. The kids’ birthday cakes are also excellent and a lovely treat.
