Cafe La Coco Kilkenny City

Cafe La Coco Kilkenny City

Address: 4 Lower Patrick St, Gardens, Kilkenny, R95 YV6X

Café la Coco is a small, cosy, perfectly formed independent café nestled in the heart of beautiful Kilkenny. We opened our doors in November 2010 with a mission to create a place we would like to go ourselves for breakfast and lunch, or just coffee and cake.

All our baked goods are made fresh at the café every morning and evening. We endeavour to use the best quality, local ingredients and suppliers where possible. The café that facilitates a happy, healthy and sustainable lifestyle without compromising on ingredients or generosity.

Cafe La Coco Reviews:

Beautiful cafe with delicious homemade food. Modern kitchen also vegetarian. Lovely scones and cake. Owner is so friendly and arranged without a reservation a place for us within 15 min. Minced water for free comes along with the cafe. Milk alternatives are available. – Joerg F

This is a very special place and experience. Everyone is on point with their service and attendance to your every need. And the food quality is beautiful and made full of love. We were lucky to get a table at any time. I would recommend a booking to ensure you get a seat in this busy space. I am always impressed here. Thank you to a great team. – Rachel

This cafe is a hidden gem in Kilkenny! We were up early, ready to head to our next stop on our drive around Ireland, and there were not many places open for breakfast. We took a look at Cafe La Coco’s menu and decided to give it a shot and we are SO glad we did. Easily one of the best meals we’ve had in Ireland. Absolutely incredible! – Devin B

Lovely cafe serving delicious meals and desserts – we had the superfood salad and the rhubarb and lemon pie – both so well done and healthy! – Roberta G

Super cute and quaint cafe with really great staff. It was pouring rain and no seats indoor but they tried their best to keep us dry. Really good food super great place for brunch here. – Lol L

The brunch was excellent! We sampled different items on the menu and you couldn’t go wrong with anything. Good variety, good sized servings, good drinks too, friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. The local customers were so friendly, too! Clearly popular with the local residents, as they came and went non-stop for takeout. – P&A M
