In Rossnowlagh, Co. Donegal, The Bakery Shack is a mother-and-son-owned bakery and coffee trailer located right across from The Franciscan Friary. The region is serene and gorgeous, with lovely garden strolls available at the Friary and partial views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Customers can anticipate a “go-to destination” for freshly baked sweet and savory snacks, handcrafted soups, and main dishes from this artisan bakery. We advise you to check out the display counter because new items are always being added as they become available from the kitchen. The outstanding fresh barista coffees David serves from the “Hot Box” trailer in front of the bakery are another great point.
