Grappa Restaurant Reviews:
Stellar Garavogue sandwich. A veggie sandwich that was bursting with flavor. The Benbulben sandwich was also amazing! A must try in Sligo. It’s a chicken sandwich with a very original almost creamy flavor. The scone (like a sweet biscuit for Americans) was so delicious with the softest butter I’ve had in years! Their Cappuccino is so good I’d have it everyday if I could. Service was friendly and quick. Price was very reasonable. – DiVicenti
My gluten free scone wasn’t actually that good – really hard and dry, pretty tasteless – but I did come at 4:30pm on a Sunday, and can’t expect much. The prices were low and the atmosphere was nice, outdoor seating by the river. Plus, having home made gluten free pastries is always a 5 star in my book. I’m sure if you come at a better time or in a better day yours would be nice! – Borrus
Grabbed a coffee at the outdoor seating area today. Friendly staff & nice looking tray bakes & pastries, only had a cappachino which was hot & frothy. Beautiful location along the garavogue river Dietary restrictions: Can Serve almond milk as an alternative to cows milk. – Karen
Lovely restaurant by the riverside. A varied range of dishes to suit all palettes, young or old, families young and older, couples and singles. Tasty well cooked food, enjoyed the pizza nice crispy thin base. Lovely wine selection, nothing too pricy. Well worth a visit I know I will be going back. Btw service was first class. – Austin
This is a really great place to eat when you are shopping in Sligo; the sandwiches are fabulous, they serve great coffee and home made cakes. Added to this very friendly staff and great views of the river – you have to give it a try! – Sonia
Great place for lunch. – Teresa
